SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We pride ourselves on our speed of delivery. Customers in most destinations should expect to receive their items within days.
• Goods will be dispatched within two business days after cleared payment. They will be sent via DHL Worldwide Express, FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express with a tracking number provided.
• We process orders on every business day but we follow the Japanese calendar and hence are not operating during the Japanese public holidays.
• The estimated delivery time to the USA is 2~4 days and to most other countries 3~5 days (customs clearance might occasionally delay the delivery).

NOTICE to our International customers

• Any charges due to import duty and local taxes are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• These charges may be collected by the delivering freight company depending on destination.
• Please check with the respective authority to determine if any excess charges may be applicable.
