RETURN & EXCHANGE
- If you have made a mistake and would like to return a product, contact us first and let us know what you would like to do. Do not forget to mention your name and order number.
- Return requests should be made within 10 days after receiving your order.
- All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Kozuji reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Kozuji prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
- Kozuji cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
- Once agreed by Kozuji, refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased.
IN CASE OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
- In the unlikely event that your item has a manufacturer defect, contact us first and let us know what the problem is. Do not forget to mention your name and order number.
- Requests should be made within 30 days after receiving your order.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Kozuji prior to any refund being issued.
- Kozuji cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.

- This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.
